Ordering process

Do you supply wholesale cosmetic packaging in small quantities?
Yes. Stock mould formats start at 1,000 pcs per design, and decorated orders typically at 3,000 pcs. Mixed-format orders can share one MOQ plan for a full product range.
What payment terms do you offer?
Production orders normally run 30% deposit with the balance against the bill of lading copy; sample and trial orders are prepaid. Terms are confirmed in the quotation.
Can you consolidate several products into one shipment?
Yes. Mixed formats, closures and secondary packaging can be consolidated with separate packing lists per SKU, which reduces freight cost and simplifies receiving.
How do you handle quality complaints?
Send the lot number, defect description and photos. We check the retained sample and lot inspection record, then agree replacement, credit or sorting in writing.
