Samples answer the questions a specification cannot: how the closure feels, how the dose dispenses, how the finish looks on a shelf. Stock samples are free; custom decorated samples are quoted per design.

What we send with samples
- Measurement data: capacity, height, diameter, weight, neck finish
- Closure or engine specification with dose figures where relevant
- Colour standard and decoration placement for custom samples
- Filling guidance notes (fill temperature, torque, deaeration)
- Freight tracking and a commercial invoice for customs
Sampling checklist
- Approve colour on the final surface finish, not a photo
- Test closure torque and leak resistance on the assembled pack
- Measure dose per stroke for pumps and airless formats
- Run a formula compatibility soak test before mass production
- Confirm carton-out quantity and pallet loading before shipping
Courier & customs
Samples ship by express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) with tracking, using your account or ours. Commercial invoices declare sample value for customs; express handling of documentation is provided where required.

Frequently asked questions
Are stock samples really free?
Yes — up to five pieces per SKU for stock moulds and stock colours, with the courier cost at your account. Custom colour and decorated samples carry a per-design sample charge because they require a moulding run and decoration set-up.
How long do samples take?
Stock samples ship in 5–10 working days. Custom colour samples take 10–15 working days and decorated samples 10–20 working days depending on the finish.
Can samples be filled with my formula for testing?
We supply the empty packs for your own filling and testing, and we recommend a compatibility soak test: fill to production level, close at the specified torque, store 4–12 weeks at 40 °C, then check weight loss, deformation, colour, closure function and odour.
Do samples include specification data?
Yes. Stock samples are supplied with capacity, material, closure and neck details, and custom samples are supplied with the drawing, colour standard and decoration placement for approval.
Can I get samples of several formats in one shipment?
Yes, and for a new launch we recommend it: two or three formats for the same fill volume can be compared in hand and on a shelf before you commit to tooling or decoration.
