Frequently asked questions

What do I need to send for a quotation?

Format or product type, capacity or fill volume, quantity band, material preference, closure type, colour and decoration requirements, and the destination market. Formula viscosity helps us recommend the correct format.

How long does a quotation take?

One business day for a complete brief. Where the format is not yet decided, we send a specification recommendation with two or three options and indicative price bands before detailed pricing.

Is the quotation binding?

Quotations state unit price band, MOQ, sample cost, lead time and Incoterm, and are valid for the period stated. Final pricing is confirmed once the specification, colour and decoration are approved.

Can you quote several formats in one document?

Yes, and we encourage it: comparing a dropper bottle, an airless bottle and a tube for the same fill volume usually decides the format question faster than sampling each one.

Do you charge for quotes or technical reviews?

No. Quotations, format recommendations and specification reviews are free. Charges apply only to custom decorated samples and to tooling, and both are quoted in advance.
